About Coach

I’ve been in CrossFit for just over 4 years now. I originally started as something to get me out of the house and get in better shape. I never had much luck with other gyms because there was no motivation or accountability. I’d find myself lost in figuring out what workouts to do and the best ways to do them. As soon as I joined CFL, I was welcomed with open arms. During my time, I have gained a renewed passion for coaching and love dedicating time to helping athletes develop their skills and conquer their goals in fitness! In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends both inside and outside of the gym. I bartend on weekends and have a regular full-time job in operations during the week. I truly love the feeling I get from seeing new and existing athletes attain their goals, whether it is lifting more weight, losing those extra pounds, or completing a movement that has been difficult to learn. Anything is possible, as long as you put the work in! Let us help you with achieving those goals!!

Motivation & Passion

Never stop improving. We all have things that we want to be better at. Since joining CFL, I am in the best shape I have ever been in, both physically and mentally. Everything in life can get overwhelming and CrossFit provides that escape. Yes, the physical benefits are amazing, but what I get the most from this, is better mental health. My stress is lower, my life is much happier, and I’ve made a lot of friends that I can go to whenever I need them.
